Stationary
We designed all of our stationary ourselves and then uploaded them to Vistaprint for printing. So fun!
We made two sizes of Save-the-Date magnets.

LOVE sign for engagement pics
I created this sign for us to hold up during our engagement pictures.
I purchased unfinished wooden picture frames and letters at the craft store.
I purchased unfinished wooden picture frames and letters at the craft store.
I then used an antique white acrylic paint along with sponge brushes to paint the picture frames. I used a fuschia paint with a little white mixed in to paint the letters and then used wood glue to put it all together. I cut 6" pieces of yellow ribbon and tied each picture frame together and used a 10" piece on the ends.
WE DO Cake Table Letters
I purchased paper mache letters, Mod Podge and cream acrylic paint from the craft store for this project. I already had the pink metallic lace from a previous skirt project.
Since I didn't want the brown paper to show through under the lace, I painted the letters with cream paint first.
I then coated the letter with Mod Podge and placed the lace over it. It was difficult to cut the edges for them to lay smooth, so there's some overlap. I then put another layer of Mod Podge to seal everything in.
Hurricane Vases with Lace and Ribbon
I purchased these 8" hurricane vases from Dollar Tree and decided I wanted to jazz them up a bit. I purchased lace trim and pink ribbon from the craft store and unscientifically measured the circumference of the vase's neck. I used hot glue to attach the lace first, and then the ribbon.
Guest 'Book' Tree
I loved the idea of a guest 'book' thumbprint tree, but didn't want the mess. I also liked THIS idea of having guests sign paper flowers and attach them to a decorated board, so I decided to combine them.
I first asked my wonderfully talented fiance to draw the silhouette of a tree with many curling branches.

I then cut out the tree from the paper and traced it on brown alligator textured felt using a white pastel crayon. (White fabric pencils didn't work.)
I cut the tree out of the felt and made sure to match up all the loose limbs. As you can see, I changed it a tiny bit.
Aisle Runner & Thank You Sign
My wonderful bridesmaid finished up my thank you sign for pictures and the aisle runner for the ceremony.

Bride Hanger
I bought the hanger, but put the flower myself.
Table Numbers
I used a Victorian style placemat that I was able to shrink to size and then insert the number on. Printed this on pink card stock & cut to size for these 5"x7" picture frames from Ikea.
